Quantum Transfer Group ("QTG", "we", "us") provides the following services:

• TaxFormatter: AI-powered software that validates, cleans, and formats cryptocurrency transaction CSV files for compatibility with tax and accounting software
• MatchFormatter: 3-way document matching for accounts payable teams — invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports
• Data Processing: AI infrastructure for financial data transformation and intelligence

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Quantum Transfer Group and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the past 12 months

Our data processing tools handle financial data. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of processed outputs
• Our tools are aids, not replacements for professional tax or accounting advice
• We are not responsible for errors in source data you provide
• You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantum Transfer Group, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quantum Transfer Group operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
